The pool area was excellent and the lush grounds were beautiful. The location near restaurants and shops was very convenient. the rooms were decently priced.
The rooms were quite dated and some aspects were not cleaned properly. The breakfast selection was below average and the quality of some of the dishes was questionable.

we stayed with 2 rooms, twin deluxe and king deluxe. Both bathrooms clean. aircon in perfect condition. tv channel very nice. beach very clean. pool so big. outdoor games avail (mini golf, badminton, table tennis, soccer, dart). Design of the entrance is charming. Lobby design welcoming. Air ambient is clean and fresh. The outside entertainment (cafes, bars, atm, money changers) are plenty with walking distance.
Our rooms were on the ground level, and both upper rooms above us were noisy. We could not get a quiet sleep. Because we could hear the footsteps above us let alone chairs and tables being moved above us. Such a horrible night to sleep tightly with pillows on our ears. Our room was 1062 and 1063. The above rooms were 1066 and 1067.

We liked everything at santosa villas & resort including location and staff. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Leaf Cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Mangsit district was worth visiting. Hotel was in front of such places as Pura Kaprusan: D

We recently stayed at a resort near Senggigi, after getting off the ferry and turning left from the beach. the location was ideal, close to everything and right in the center. the room and bathroom were nicely appointed and clean. the staff provided attentive service, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. the swimming pool and spa were excellent facilities to enjoy. We especially loved the sea view from our balcony and the beautiful gardens on the property.
We didn't have a great experience with the room maintenance and a few items were neglected.

The pool is really big and nice. The sea-side restaurant serves quite delicious foods. I really liked the ambience of the hotel facilities, very resort-like.
There was a couple of rust on the wall and ceiling, I could tell that the room we got was a bit old. Other than old chair and towels, the room was fairly good (spacious).

Location near to shops and dining area
We stayed in Deluxe Suite, too many mosquito in the room, we have to ask them for spraying in to our room, it should be a hotel amenities to give the guests mosquito spray in the room or an electric one

Very nice an big pool. It's quiet and the beach is just upfront. Water and beach are clean.
Actually nothing to complain about, but the hotel is a bit too pricey for what it offers. Rooms are already a bit old.

We like almost everything. The people are friendly. the location is perfect. We enjoyed walking along the beach and seeing the sunset. That was great. We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool. Breakfast was something the we always look for. The staff were really friendly and we always felt at home in the morning with their hospitality.
The electricity broke down many times. That's the only thing that we found it really annoying whilst we stayed there. It happened many times...every single day (we stayed there for 4 days)

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling area. We loved being able to explore the happening restaurants and bars that were within walking distance. The hotel also had a prime beachfront location, making it convenient for us to catch fast boats and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always at our service. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
These instances were minor and did not greatly impact our overall experience. We would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
